Built by an agency that got tired of PR being a burst activity

HE4RD is developed by MarGen, the Sheffield-based AI visibility agency. MarGen's work is making businesses findable in the places people now actually ask questions: search engines and AI assistants. Earned media kept proving to be the strongest input, and the hardest one to do consistently. So we built the system we wished existed.

The idea

Coverage compounds. Every placement makes the next pitch warmer, strengthens your search presence, and feeds the sources AI assistants cite. But the work that earns coverage is slow, repetitive and constant, which is exactly the kind of work software should do, under human judgement. HE4RD splits the job accordingly: the system researches, matches and drafts; a human decides what actually gets sent.

Every email from HE4RD comes from Emily, our outreach manager. She is the consistent name and inbox behind our outreach, powered by the HE4RD system and backed by human review on every message. Journalists who reply to Emily get a considered, human-approved response, and anyone who asks to stop hearing from us never hears from us again.
